
Care face - Toners remove all traces of dirt, make-up or cleanser that remain after cleansing. Immediately after cleansing apply toner to the forehead and cheeks on a pad of corron wool.
-Apply the toner to the crevices around the nose.
- Apply the toner to the crevices around the chin.
-Apply cream for a face and you are ready.
Coconut oil and Vaseline can also be used in place of moisturizing cream. Immersing your hands in cream for long time should be avoided as it can cause infection of the skin around nails.
Your hair- Heat a little amount of oil (olive oil, almond oil, or plain old coconut oil) by placing it in a small container and swirling it in hot water. After the oil gets considerably hot, massage the scalp with your fingertips, in rotating motion, for at least 8 - 10 minutes. You can do this while soaking your feet in warm water.
If you aren’t feeling sleepy by this time, take a foot filer and scrub your heels. Using a toothpick (orange stick) clean the edges and grooves around your toe nails, to remove the dirt that gets accumulated. Apply cold cream before winding up. This will make the skin soft and prevent people from running away at the sight of your feet.
Beauty sleep happens at night when our muscles and digestive system rest and our blood cells do a better job of supplying nutrients to skin cells. Without the sleep, one look older and our skin will look drier. Our skin renews itself as we sleep, that is why too little sleep can make our skin look tired and dull. Sleep renews and refreshes us and is vital for good health beauty.
