
Soup of carrots
Products: in 400 ml of juice from carrots, 200 of milk, 1 rusk, 2 lime, 100gr cucumber, 2 sticks of celery and spot of pinions from green onion. The cucumber, the celery and the green onion are sliced on finely. The juice from the carrots, the milk and the rusk crash to an electric mixer. Added the lemon juice, the cucumber, the celery and the onion. The soup is sauced upon wanting with some salt as well capsicum.
Soup of cabbage
Products: 200gr cabbage, 2 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 cubes-vegetable bouillon, 200ml of milk, 1-tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 s. s of salad oil, nip of Indian walnut, 1 teaspoon of ginger, black pepper, dill, a bay-leaves. The shallot and the garlic stews in the oil. Cubes bouillon are pound and are added to the shallot. 2 are filled water the dry spices are added. The cabbage is sliced on strips and it add in the hot water. Boil 15 minutes. The off milk seasons itself with the dill and it serve with the soup.
Soup of mushrooms
Products: 200gr mushrooms, 600gr cabbage, 200gr potatoes, 200gr carrots, 1 stick-onion, 2 cloves of garlic, a 400ml of tomato sauce, in 1 of which a small tablespoon of small oil, nip of Indian walnut, capsicum, parsley, 1 block-vegetable bouillon. The vegetable bouillon trains for the small block and a 1 liter of water. When come to boil, the sliced vegetables are added and the soup is poached 20 minutes. The oil and the spices are added yet.
