Cellulite is one of the biggest problems that for majority of women are facing and they’ve been fighting hard to get rid of cellulite for many years. Almost 90% of women in America and Europe suffer from the dreaded “cottage cheese” syndrome or the “orange peel skin”. Diet has been shown to affect the development and amount of cellulite. Excessive amounts of fat, carbohydrates, salt, alcohol or too little fiber can all contribute to an increased cellulite. Smoking, lack of exercise, tight clothes, high heeled shoes, and sitting or standing in a single position of long periods have all been correlated with an increase in cellulite. A high stress lifestyle will cause an increase in the catecholamine hormones. What needs to be done?

Cellulite generally affects all women regardless of size, weight and body type at some point of their lives. You may ask, what exactly is cellulite? Cellulite is enlarged fat cells or body fat layer that sits just under the skin, causing bumpy appearance on the overlying skin. This type of fat is trapped in between areas where there is a high amount of fat to muscle, like buttocks, hips and thighs. Women are more likely to develop cellulite than men due to the different pattern of fat, muscle and connective tissue are distributed in the body.

Several factors influence whether a person has cellulite and how much they have. Your genes, your gender, the amount of fat on your body, your age, and the thickness of your skin are all associated with the amount of cellulite you have or how visible it is.
What needs to be done? Eating in a healthy manner is always a good idea and a low-fat diet is usually recommended as part of a weight maintenance lifestyle. In the past few years, several machines have been introduced that massage the areas affected by cellulite. These machines use rolling cylinders to gather areas of skin and massage them inside a chamber.

The anti-cellulite massages, creams, suspender belts and trousers are not damaging, but merely they are not in a state to reduce the cellulite. Must more motions….
